Robert Underwood
Rob is an international banker with over 40 years of experience operating in the UK, the Middle East, Latin America and Hong Kong. He was Chief Risk Officer for HSBC Middle East North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) and previously Head of Wholesale and Market Risk for HSBC in Latin America and prior to that CEO HSBC Chile. He continues to serve in non-executive roles as: Director, HSBC Turkey, Director, HSBC Oman, Chairman, MENA Infrastructure Fund, DIFC,Dubai and Non-board member of the Audit Committee of HSBC Saudi Arabia.
Jehaan Ismail
Jehaan is a respected finance professional in Sri Lanka, counting over 35 years of extensive experience in commercial and investment banking across the globe. He has led teams in Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Indonesia and Hong Kong in arguably the largest international British bank and has served as Director/CEO of a listed investment bank in Sri Lanka. He currently serves as Managing Director of a leading boutique investment bank in Sri Lanka and sits on the boards of a few private companies. Jehaan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK, and holds a BSc Honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Naveen Samarasekara
Naveen's multi-dimensional experience ranges across investment banking, mobile commerce and investment advisory, spanning over 16 years. He has served in various roles in an investment bank, a Securities & Exchange Commission licensed company, a big four audit firm and a leading tele-communication services provider in Sri Lanka. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK, and holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Open University of Sri Lanka as well as a BCom degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Kosala Liyanagedara
Kosala is a versatile finance professional with over 16 years of experience in investment banking, strategy, accounting and auditing. He has a proven track record of leading teams and building business and customer relationships in a Securities & Exchange Commission licensed company and a leading Investment Bank in Sri Lanka. Having begun his career at one of the big four audit firms, Kosala has also headed the Group Finance team in a listed finance sector company with multiple subsidiaries. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA ~ UK). He also holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka and a BS First Class Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
Norman Mendonca
Norman has over 35 years of Banking experience in the Banking sector within IT. During his tenure with an International British Bank, he has been responsible for maintaining, ever greening and converting legacy systems to new Banking applications. Has extensive experience in Bank mergers, data center migration and process migration related activities. He has also held various senior level positions within the Banking industry and a certified IBM software architect.
Suranga Palliyaguruge
With over 2 decades of experience in banking and software solutions, Suranga is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur. He has successfully led Ambrum Solution (Pvt) Ltd, a thriving software solutions company, and expanded its presence in multiple countries. He holds an MBA from Preston University USA and a Diploma in Marketing from Wigan and Leigh College UK.
